You frequently hear me talking about how colour can lift your mood. I genuinely believe that colour analysis helps you feel more confident, proactive, and outgoing.
It's wonderful to discover the colours that enhance your eyes, make your skin glow, and bring out your natural features. When you look good, you feel good, and that confidence has a ripple effect throughout your day.
Colour analysis can be such a powerful tool for wellbeing. When you know your wow colours, getting dressed becomes a joy. You feel more confident in your choices, you feel more like yourself, and you naturally show up with greater confidence and energy.
I often find that when people start wearing their best colours, they receive compliments such as, "You look so well today" or "You look really happy." Those positive comments reinforce how they're already feeling and help them become even more confident and outgoing.
Looking good isn't just about appearance. It's about how you feel when you see yourself in the mirror and the confidence you carry with you throughout the day.
If you haven't yet experimented with colour, or you don't know your wow colours, I'd suggest starting with small changes. It could be as simple as wearing a lipstick in a colour you love, adding a pair of statement earrings, choosing a colourful necklace, or even painting your nails in a shade that lifts your mood.
These little touches can make a big difference. They help you feel like you've made an effort when getting dressed, and often that's enough to boost your confidence and help you feel more positive about your day. Colour doesn't have to be overwhelming. Start small, have fun with it, and notice how different colours make you feel.
Give it a go and let me know how you get on. I'm always here to offer advice, and I'd love to hear about your experience with colour and how it makes you feel.
With love,
Margarita
